Weekend!

We had a very good weekend. Arron wasnt very busy at all with work so we spend a lot of time together. Friday night we had a pizza marathon and made 8 pizzas, very tasty. On saturday morning he took me out for a breakfast date at a new cafe. It was such a great place, they make their own coco their, from grinding the bean and all. Had hot chocolate and it was amazing. The food was french and very yummy too.





On sunday morning we went to camberwell market, i made some great finds, like this amazing bowl that i have been looking for for ages but they have alway been way to expensive but this time we found it cheap. Also found a tin to match our two that we already have in the same pattern at home, and then i found a really cute fabric for Maja.

After the market we went home to Lynne and the boys for lunch, we havent seen them in ages so it was fun to hang out with them for a while.

Now its monday and Arron is off teaching, Maja is sleeping and i have a mountain of dishes to deal with.

Grandparents!

Maja is so lucky, she has the best grandmas ever!

My mum home in Sweden and Diana in Byron. Even tho both of them are far away they are such a big part of us all.

Summer!

It feels like summer has arrived here. Today and yesterday have been warm and sunny. I didn't get to enjoy it yesterday because my hayfever was really bad but today its better so we have been outside almost all day. I have been working in the garden and Maja and Lena have played with each other. A very good day. Now my little one is asleep and i will prepare dinner.

Dream!

So I'm continuing on my dream/wish list of things for the home and this time i wish we had H&M here in Australia. I would love to have these linen sheets and curtains.

Old and New!

Diana gave me these old side plates and a bowl. They came from the house that Arron was born in and this is whats left So beautiful and old. I really do love blue and white together and i also love to match old with new so i would love to get some of the Marimekko Siirtolapuutarha, In Good Company series below, actually, those four items would be perfect and then maybe some white dinner plates. Its good to dream sometimes!

We are back!

We are off...

...for another holiday. Tomorrow, me and Maja are flying to Byron Bay to visit my mother in law for a week. First time flying for Maja so I'm a little bit nervous but I'm sure it will go fine, so looking forward to seeing her and i also LOVE where they live.

4 years!

Today me and my amazing husband have been married for four years.

I have been trying to figure out how to get the pictures a bit bigger and now finally, thanks to Happysilly
I have got it working, thank you, I like it this size so much more.

Pram!

I love our pram. Its been really good and its fantastic to walk with but we have had a few problems with it, or maybe just two, and this is one. Yesterday morning i took this photo to send to the makers of the pram. What you are looking at is one of the wheels that have worn all the way into the 'fabric' part of the wheel. Not very happy about it since the pram is not very old and the two other wheels are fine. So i was gonna send the photos and try to get them to send me a new wheel.

The same day, in the afternoon, i was walking with a friend and all the sudden my wheel went flat! But the crazy thing is that at the same time that happened to my pram, on her pram, a wheel fell off! So there we were, both with very broken prams. It was not a very fun walk home, trying to hold one side up. So tomorrow we will have to go and buy a new wheel. Cant wait for a new wheel to be sent to us since I'm going to Byron Bay on Saturday and need the pram then.

I have been watching Unites states of Tara and it is so GOOD! Keeps me up very late at night and then I'm super tired in the morning, no good, but i cant stop watching it.. If you wanna have a great show to watch this is it!
